My app has only been aproved recently even though i submitted it during the playbook offer with no issue in the mean time, it seems to be just lost in the ether for the duration. Does any one know if I'll still get the playbook ?
From the terms, it doesn't matter when the app is approved. It only matters when the app is submitted. So as long as it's within the offer period, it should be fine. Though you should email them because they may have forgotten about the offer already.
Excellent, thanks for the fast reply. By any chance would you know which email to send it to, there are so many places to log tickets etc im not sure which one would be best to use.
Couldn't tell you whether it's still monitored but: BlackBerryPlayBookOffer@tmgideas.com was the email used by them at the time, with actual people on the other end too
