Ported application stucks on permissions screen.

We've ported our app from Android to Blackberry 10 and it worked fine. In one of updates, we removed an unused permission
android.permission.MOUNT_UNMOUNT_FILESYSTEMS from the Android manifest. And after this update, a lot of users complained, that the app stucks on permissions screen, or they see a message "Initializing... Please wait" for ~30 seconds, and then the home screen opens and nothing happens; the app doesn't launches. One user said, that he removed the app using a plugin for chrome (this one) and installed the app again and now it works (other users, who reinstalled the app in usual way, said that it doesn't work). If the app is installed the first time, it works fine too. Seems like a bug in the runtime for android apps...
Is there any solution for this issue on our side? And is there any difference between uninstallation of the app using plugin and from appworld?

But unfortunately, I can't access JIRA. After I log in to Blackberry ID, it keeps redirecting me from https://developer.blackberry.com/bdsc/?lang=na&sourceURL=https://www.blackberry.com/jira/secure/Dash... to https://www.blackberry.com/jira/secure/Dashboard.jspa . I used Chrome, Maxthon and IE, tried to clean cache, but still the same.

 We have the same problem in our app - previous version worked great,  but after first upgrade(through Blackberry App World), handred  users reported about "Initializing... Please wait" message after permissions screen then the app just closed. No way to run app without uninstall and install again but in this case users loose critical data(logins, credit card numbers, passwords etc.). Our app ported from Android to Blackberry 10 too. Any help from Blackberry team?
