Anyone else receive their free PlayBook? I received mine, but it wouldn't boot, wouldn't charge (no light even after charging for hours) and wouldn't reset (holding power button didn't work, three-button reset didn't work). I called Blackberry Tech support and they pretty much told me I have a brick, and to exchange/refund it. Anyone contacted TMG Ideas with success? All I've gotten is voice mail and automated responses so far.
Pretty frustrating, needless to say!

Try this, while connected to your charger. Let it sit to charge for a good hour. Then, while still connected to the charger, Press and hold the Power key, up and down volume (-/+) all three buttons simultaneously, for about 10-12 seconds. You should the red LED blink and that should allow a reset of the PlayBook and to power up.

Yeah, I figured. The problem of course is that the PlayBook is "Free", and I can't seem to find a live person from TMGIdeas (the shipper), by phone or email. Anyone?

Just wanted to update everyone - I got a reply after emailing
blackberryplaybookoffer@tmgideas.com and developeroutreachprogram@rim.com.
Looks like they are willing to step up and ship me a free replacement.
