So it's been a full week we've been reporting this and RIM Dev Support won't even take the time to acknowledge that the issue is not resolved or give us a workaround?

this is a joke, where is the support?
ive been trying for days now, however im unable to upgrade to 2.0 beta as i get the message saying i have the latest os.
