I can't get the beta 2, where or how should I start to get info?

okay went there entered PIN email waited over 5 hours and still not beta :'(

I had to do the following to get OS 2.0 to load.

and then about an hour later I had to do this. 

 If you do not see the update notification after an hour, make sure you have a Wi-Fi connection and complete the following step: 
In the status bar, tap  in the top-right corner of the screen. Tap Software Updates, tap Check for Updates, and complete the update.
