Hello,

I have a general question about porting apps/games to BB10. I would like to port my apps already in .bar format [playbook] to BB10 and also android to BB10. How exactly would I go on about 'porting' to BB10. I thought .bar files were already compatible with the BB10 os. I know graphical changes should be made, but after that do I just recompile as a .bar or compile it another way?

If you have already repackaged your applications for BlackBerry PlayBook, I would suggest trying your app(s) on the BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha simulator. You may not need to do anything else for your applicaiton to work correctly on BlackBerry 10. You can download the simulator here: http://developer.blackberry.com/android/tools 

If everything works as expected, you can submit your application to App World.

I'm asking this because I don't understood if BB10 if the successor of PlayBook ecosystem or if Playbook ecosystem will continue to live with newer model also.
