simulator Ip is not generated..

Hello All,

 

I have tried by reseting , power off and restart PC couple of time and also reinstall all but i am always getting ip 0.0.0.0.

 

Is i am missing any thing or there is any way to manually configure IP of simulator so i can test my application.
