About Syncing Microsoft Outlook Contacts and Calendar Appointments or Mac Address Book Contacts

With BlackBerry Link and a device running BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.1, users can make sure that Microsoft Outlook contact lists and calendar appointments or Mac Address Book contacts are always up-to-date on their device and on their computer.

When a user’s device is added in BlackBerry Link, users can set the option to sync Microsoft Outlook contacts and calendar appointments or Mac Address Book contacts automatically when their device is connected to BlackBerry Link. Users can also choose to manually sync all accounts or specific accounts from Microsoft Outlook or all contacts or specific groups of contacts from Mac Address Book. For example, if a user only wants to share work contacts between their device and their computer, they can do that.
