To prepare for the upcoming Daylight Savings changes in the
Latin America region, BlackBerry customers will need to update their BlackBerry
software.
The software update is available at KB19415.
The following BlackBerry
Technical Solution Center Knowledge Base article KB19415
provides you with information related to the Day Light Savings software update.
To install the software update on a BlackBerry Enterprise
Server environment, it must be running BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.1 Service
Pack 3 or later.
For BlackBerry devices, customers must be running one of the
following BlackBerry Device Software versions.
- BlackBerry Device Software 4.1.0.344 to 4.1.0.385
(except for BlackBerry Device Software 4.1.0.347)
- BlackBerry Device Software 4.2.0.35 to 4.2.0.92
- BlackBerry Device Software 4.2.0.92 and later
