The BlackBerry® Expert Support Center (BESC) 9.3.1 is a Web 2.0 application, which is designed to allow direct access to Enterprise grade tools and resources, and to give you the ability to manage your Technical support agreement and support related inquiries easily and independently.
BESC 9.3.1 is scheduled for release on September 1* and boasts many new and exciting features, including the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums Tool. Located on the right-hand side of the BESC 9.3.1, the tool provides at-a-glance information on activity within the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
Note: The BESC is only accessible to customers with a BlackBerry® Technical Support Services contract.
