BlackBerry Community Post: Rules of Engagement
What do we offer?
The Blackberry Community Post is a place where you can get the latest news from the Blackberry Support team. The aim of this space is to spark conversation and engage with the large (and growing) Blackberry Support Community. We hope that the mutual respect and friendly interaction from the Blackberry Support Forums will extend to this new Blackberry Community Post.
Keep in mind this is a corporate site, so while we will post about newly launched products, applications and more – this is not the place to find the inside scoop on upcoming launches and proprietary information.
We strive to engage with our community through the Support Forums and the Blackberry Community Post and so we commit to posting interesting and informative content, listening to our community, and responding as often as possible to comments. We may not always reply to comments but they will always be read! Please note; we do moderate our comments for spam and off-topic remarks, and therefore we ask that you are patient as they may not be posted immediately (especially during off work hours!)
We are only human so we reserve the right to make mistakes but we will acknowledge mistakes and correct them. If you notice an error please inform us by commenting, or posting in the Forum.
Where appropriate we will link to online references, source materials directly and disclose conflicts of interest.
We want the Community to be appropriate, friendly, informative, and fun for all users. The Community Terms of Service sets forth Rules and Guidelines so that you know what is expected of you, and what you can expect from other participants, when using the Community.
What do you need to do?
Be friendly and kind to fellow community members. Do not post anything in the comments that could offend another member. We reserve the rights to remove any content we believe may be considered offensive or vulgar.
Keep comments related to the post at hand. If you require help outside of the scope of the post please visit the Blackberry Support Forum and post your question there.
In order to comment you are required to be a member of the Blackberry Community, you will need to fill out a brief form and read our Terms & Conditions. We do ask for your email address, however, this will not be published, only used to verify your comment and contact you in relation to your comment.
