Some users have reported issues with logging into Yahoo! Messenger. Product teams are aware and investigating.
Please Note:
If you have recently upgraded your Yahoo! Messenger client and are having difficulties signing into the Yahoo! Messenger service, please try the following:
- On the Yahoo! Messenger sign-in screen ensure that the "Remember my ID and Password" option is NOT checked
- Re-enter your login credentials
- Sign back into Yahoo! Messenger Service
