AppWorld Apps review spam and trash comments

Alex, can you do anything about the app review system (specifically in the RIM-sponsored apps such as Facebook, BBMessenger, etc.) which are filled with off-color comments, spam and unappealing hook-up messages?

 

Aside from being off-topic to reviews of the actual product and unappealing to me personally, I know too many underage kids using these devices who read these reviews and it's just honestly not responsible of RIM to leave all that for the general public to read.

 

I hope RIM could monitor these reviews more closely to make the reviews actually usable. Or turn-off all reviews for RIM apps in AppWorld. As it is now, they are simply worthless.

This is one my biggest issues with App World too - it only takes a few bad apples to ruin things for the larger, respectful, helpful user base out there.  

 

We're making big changes to the next release after 3.0 to address these.  Can't go into details as this is a public forum, but they will address your issues.
