System info in the support email?

Is it possible to have system information collected by App World and sent to vendors, when someone hits the support button and send a support request?


I often receive such mails:

"This app doesn't work"

"I've purchased this, but it <insert any complain here>"

"How to use this app?"



So I have to reply every time with "Please send info about the app name, your device model, OS version"


It would be nice if we can receive automatically information about:

- App name

- App version/bundle

- Phone model

- OS version

We'll be launching this feature in App World 3.0 next month - will send device info, app version, app name, etc...
