My wife and I both have Samsung Galaxy S2 (4.1.2 installed). We both are having issues with messages being delayed - some of them weren't received for up to 20 min. Can anyone suggest a solution to this problem?

Make sure you're both running the latest client software (and keep checking for updates). The clients still have a lot of issues that the BBM dev team are working to fix.
You can also check your latency to the BlackBerry infrastructure (and make sure you're using your network connection with the lowest latency - cellular or wifi).
Guessing you're in Canada as Bell is your carrier - ping srp.na.blackberry.com.
