BBM is not working

A week ago I updated my BBM (the latest version 7.0.1) and since then BBM wasn't working very well; many messages I sent to my contacts weren't delivered or read and BBM voice chat wasn't working anymore. So I deleted BBM, rebooted the device (BlackBerry Torch 9800 -Software version 6.0 Bundle 2949 na dsoftware is upto date) and reinstalled BBM. Now it is even worse as I cannot open it. The screen is ble and it says: Setting up BBM and after a while the following message appear: "Cannot set up BBM. A temporary BBM service has occurred".

Any suggestions?

If you look at the Useful help links for BBM on BlackBerry thread at the top of this forum, you'll find one of them is for the temporary server errors.

I tried that. I have downloaded the previous version but it wasn't working either. The message were not delivered or read.

I deleted it again and reinstalled it and now only a blue screen.
