Not getting my BBM Channels Update/Can't delete and reinstall BBM

Hi there,


Having a problem with my BBM Channel (C001214CC). I made a post, but unlike usual it didn't turn up in my news feed (but I am still recieving other people's updates from their channels). The Read count is also lower than usual which makes me wonder if other people are no longer getting them too. 

What is more, I can't try reinstalling my BBM because there doesn't seem to be an option on my Q10 to delete the app.

 

Help would be appreciated.
