Security Question

Hi,

I forgot my blackberry ID password and also could not remember the vivid answer to my security question that i set on the platform.

Please how do i go from here because am on the verge of moving to another blackberry device and i wish to move my contacts alongside with it also. I  initially set the Blackberry ID since April, 2012, someone should please help me out.

You only need to read the article more careful. I just checked the link and no password / security answer required. 

 

  1. Browse to the following URL using a desktop browser, the Browser on the BlackBerry smartphone or the Browser on the BlackBerry PlayBook: http://blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/recoverpassword

All we need is our blackberry associated email address.

After filling the form which is at the first interface that d link will led me to, it took me to another interface that requested for answer to a security question dt i set some years ago

That's the problem. After you click http://blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/recoverpassword, type your registered email address and verification code. Click send.

Then check your email inbox that you used above through your device browser or PC. Make sure that email from bbidpw-donotreply@blackberry.com is not in your junk/spam folder.

Let us know if you have receive it.
