Since last week my bbm won't connect to apps like facebook and twitter. These apps says I have to update first my bbm but when checked in application management, I am using the latest version. Is this because of the latest update concerning the cross platform bbm? My device is bold 9780, v723.
You checked in Application Management regarding your status on your BBM version? All that will tell you is what you have installed, not what is currently available. Rather, you'd want to go to AppWorld and force an update check to see if there is one, and/or compare what is available in AppWorld versus the version you are presently running for BBM.
