Pls help, my messenger is still shows a blue screen with an. Icon and setting up bbm since last night.can't get into my bbmessenger

Try the usual first: hard reset, registering host routing table, resending service books.  Make sure you have a steady strong signal.  If none of those work, try deleting BBM and reinstalling.   If that doesn't work, do a full backup first and then try a security wipe.  Try BBM setup first, then restore just data and no settings.
