i need advice on BIS please help


im on pay as you go i have topped up and called 40035 to activate my bbm but it says the the service is currently univailable, i have been trying for all day. i have also done a diagnosis test and it says conected to blackberry 'abort' and blackberry PIN-PIN + registration 'abort' if you can help would be great thanks

From what you describe, I believe you instead need to contact your mobile service provider for formal support.
