Active Sync Inbox Emails Not received

Hi,

 

We have recently setup BES 10.

 

We have two Q10 devices connected to the system. One of the devices is based in UK and works without problem. The other device travels around and is currently in the USA. From that device we can send emails and even receive emails that the user is copied into, but we can't receive emails where the user is the main recipient. 

 

I setup the phone here in the UK, before sending the phone out to the user. The inbox was syncing without problem at that point. 

 

It might be worth noting that we have BES 5 Express installed on the Exchange Server, as we are still migrating over.

 

Any ideas?

Hello Tomwall43.

 

To set up two blackberry with the same email account, always take one as the main by both email packages come first to a device and then the other, and if in this case does not rise to the other, is because it already has consignee the synchronization and other package would not be the same for the arrival of the mail at the same time.

 

Is my thinking.

Sorry I wasn't clear, these are two separate email accounts.

 

I have now resolved the issue. Not quite sure what the problem was, but removing the user and the phone data and then re adding everything seemed to do the trick!
