Blackberry Professional email sync

Hello, 

 

My BB isn't allowing me to sync my professional email because it asks to speack with my boss and to ask him the pin. But he doesn't know what's necessary. In fact, he bought a new BB and it appears the same problem. 

 

Could you please help us?

Did this just start? Has the mail been working correctly in the past on this Q10?

No. I never could sync. It doesn't allow me to do so.

It specifically asks me to make sure that my enterprise activation code isn't out of date. I don't know how to do this (or how to get one).

Are you on a BES enterprise mail system?
