hi there, as with some others in this support forum, I have been unable to access my Microsoft Exchange e-mail via my Q10.
This has not been a problem with my previous BB Bold(s) in any OS or with my iPad.
Is there a fix/patch planned or am I doing something incorrectly? (I have tried manual entry as well as the Activsync and calling IT at my work place).

What is the error you're receiving when adding the email account? Also is ActiveSync enabled on the Microsoft Exchange server?

I have a similar problem, i've migrate from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 everything went well, i've succesfully synchronized my BB bold with Ex2010 but on BB 10, it accept all the configuration but could not receive or send any email on it? is there a solution for that? or some patch or something to do on the BB phone? i'm synchronizing through Active Sync.
