Blackberry Z10 does not display all Facebook Contacts or PIctures

Hello,

I am having an issue with my new Z10 where it isn't displaying all of my FB contacts or any display pictures for the contacts that are actually displayed.

I have tried wiping the phone and starting over (re-syncing accounts and info, etc) but nothing works.

Some contacts are displayed, but not all. And the ones that are displayed have no display pictures.

Please help.

Re: Blackberry Z10 does not display all Facebook Contacts or PIctures

Hey browneyedpetal,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for the question.

If you connect via Wi-Fi, do the contacts load up?  Also just to clarify are you looking at the contacts in the Facebook application or the synchronization with your current contacts on the BlackBerry Z10?

I look forward to your reply.

Cheers.

Re: Blackberry Z10 does not display all Facebook Contacts or PIctures

Good morning,

I was looking at the contacts via the contacts through the main contacts window.

I don't usually connect through WiFi.

Not all FB contacts show up, and the ones that do have no display picture.

Another new issue is that when the phone is turned on and off, the contacts automatically 'unlink' ...

Is that normal?
