Re: DISSATISFIED

Thank you.
1) I have only tried Display picture for BBM and most times I have to set the dp cutting out parts of d pics.
2_What I see between the phone Icon and camera are boxed buttons that can be clicked to take you to other pages of your home screen,
N:B I don't mean to be so troublesome.
Just frustrated @ why I pay so much for a phone and get less satisfaction and benefits. I expected that it d bb10 will make life easier compared to the older versions. But it seemed more utility and comfortable functions, shortcuts, ease of use were taken out. Yet more data payment plan and complications.
Thanks for your time and positive contributions. I just wish RIM could do more to keep their customers happy and meet their needs. I presume it's a strategy though. They will do most in their next release and then expect us to buy again. Sadly I am out of BlackBerry family. Except I see value in this current versions.
Thank you once again. I really appreciate.

I don't know what you mean about cutting out parts of old d pics.

You can crop pictures when you add a new BBM avatar.

  • Open your BBM profile
  • Tap the picture
  • Tap replace picture
  • choose the picture
  • drag the corners up to crop.

Perhaps the Q5 doesn't have the universal search on the homescren.

Look across your other application icons, do you see the magnifying glass SEARCH icon?
