I can then select multiple messages and touch the trashcan to delete. ]

That works for me. I just deleted 14 all at one time.

Re: Delete multiple emais

Well, as it turns out... even selecting 1 email for delete does not delete the email.

@JSanders - did you finally get what I was describing?

Re: Delete multiple emais

I followed just what you said, and did then what I have added in red, above, and the emails proceeded to delete.

Re: Delete multiple emais

well, after the update to 10.0.10.85... this delete from a search results is still intermittently ignoring my command.

Interestingly, when it doesn’t delete – sometimes if I go back (to full list of hub messages), the message I tried to delete is actually no longer found… even though the delete command appeared to do nothing.

Re: Delete multiple emais

Must have deleted.

I had a similar problem yesterday, the messages I was deleting was not deleting immediately. And later they were.

I had just upgrade to .85, and my Z10 was in the middle of syncing contacts, calendar and email.

Re: Delete multiple emais

Simple operation:

1. choose one E-mail until the BB Z10 highlights it in blue

2. then a menu moves from right to left covering the right margin

3. touch the icon showing a checked box; choose other E-mails to delete (skip beteen E-mails as needed);

4. press the trash can icon;

5. decision statement appears (Delete? etc) and then make the correct choice.

Done!
