That doesn't actually solve my issues, nor does it actually seem to apply.

I can actually rule out that any other device than my BB is connected to my mail servers, unless I'm really in front of my PC which is the case only for one or two hours in the evening.

Had this been the source of the problem I would certainly have noticed it - it should be obvious that the error message always comes up when one has either the webmail frontend or Outlook open, but it isn't.

I got the error meagge four times yesterday between 8 pm and 2 am CEST, although none of my PC's and laptops was online.

So again, whats the issue? My Bolds never showed something like this, so I figure the issue can be solved by means of a software patch - and it better be quick.
