Exchange Shared Mailbox

Hi,

somebody tried to setup Exchange Shared Mailbox on Z10 ?

We look for our Future Smartphone-System and i cant find infos about this Issue.

Also if delegated Mailboxes are shown in the Mailbox and calendars.

Thanks,

Stefan

Re: Exchange Shared Mailbox

Hey stefanfrei,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Are you currently setup on BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 or are you just using ActiveSync?

I look forward to your reply.

Cheers.

Re: Exchange Shared Mailbox

Hi ViciousFerret,

at the time we use Bold9900 on Office365 Accounts connected over Blackberry Business Cloud Services.

But we like to switch to BB10 and active-sync (so we can use multiple Exchange Accounts and synced calendars).

My Question is a pre-sale Issue so we can clear the possibilities of the Z10 or Q10 (if they were available in Austria too).

So, is it possible to set up also a shared mailbox access to the BB10 devices when they are connected  over active-sync ?

Thank you for your help.

Stefan

Re: Exchange Shared Mailbox

Hey Stefanrei,

I did some further research into this for you.  It will not be possible to setup a shared mailbox access on BlackBerry 10 over ActiveSync.

You would need to add the additional email accounts and then you can access the email and calendar for that email account.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Cheers.
