Screen Splitting Error

Hi everyone,

 

I often receive this error, it often occurs after running an app or utilising BlackBerry Hub after a screen rotation and the only way to solve this is by turn the device off and then on again. Please see the attached picture for a better exploitation.

What version of BlackBerry 10 device software are you using?  Go to Settings>About to find this information.  Also when did the issue start?

Thanks for the reply,

Is started about 10 after purchasing my BlackBerry (about 3 weeks ago) I have been meaning to post since then, but there isn't any way to upload photos from the mobile forum and when I switched to desktop it still wouldn't allow me. I am using BlackBerry: 10.0.9.348 I upgraded to the latest release last night hoping this would solve the issue but yet it still remains. I have tried to a reload it this hasn't solved the problem either.
