I often receive this error, it often occurs after running an app or utilising BlackBerry Hub after a screen rotation and the only way to solve this is by turn the device off and then on again. Please see the attached picture for a better exploitation.

What version of BlackBerry 10 device software are you using? Go to Settings>About to find this information. Also when did the issue start?
