incoming O365 ActiveSync email disappear

I have a user on a BlackBerry q10, she has her Office 365 account (Via ActiveSync) and a Hotmail account on her phone.

 

normally both accounts work fine, however every few weeks, her incoming mail on the O365 account disappears.  From the BlackBerry Hub, she can see her outgoing O365 and Hotmail, but no incoming O365.

 

I checked the 'mail folders to sync' and the Inbox is checked for O365, also the phone sounds an alert when a new O365 email comes through, but the message is nowhere to be found.

 

Remove the account and re-loading it onto the phone seems to address the issue, but I would like to find a peppermint solution to the problem.

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

 

To better assist you can I have you open the email account in the Hub > select the down arrow at the top> then select the Inbox of Folder the email go in to, do the messages display? 

 

And can you provide the full software version of the BlackBerry smartphone?
