From what I've seen, the sheer beauty of the transitions when swiping between the icon wallpaper screens is really a very nice detail that was given exquisite attention. Just one of many things that make the device comfortable, natural to use, and surely to be a great success!

back when I had my first mobile phone, and could upload ringtones to it, I remember that I found such good ringtones that, when I received a phone call, I would let the ringtone play... and miss the phone call.
I hope it's not going to do the same with BB10 and the swiping.
I imagine the scene:
