As my understanding, there is one LE device for each vendor ID with a Dev Alpha and an approved application. So if you have two devices, you should consider to build two different applications and submitted them respectively to App World with two different vendor IDs...

They only said you had to return the phone. You don't have to return the charger or battery. But they also said, that they would like to have those back as well. But there would be no hard feelings if you didn't return them.

Next to the fact I had a Dev Alpha A, I also received a US charger when I got my Dev Alpha on the Europe Conference (and I live in Europe). I had no idea why I received a US charger, but for me that isn't really useful to keep. So I just returned everything :-)
