In order to obtain a Limited Edition device you must qualify per the Terms & Conditions. You must also have a Dev Alpha device.

1. Submit a qualifying BlackBerry 10 app before January 21^st.
2. Complete the registration here using the App ID from step 1. This step does not need to happen before January 21^st.
3. We will send you a note indicating whether or not you qualify and, if you qualify, we will provide you with instructions on how trade in your Dev Alpha.

What that is mean?

When you submit an application, it is assigned an App ID in the vendor portal. That's the ID they want.

The AppWorld and Limited Edition approvals are seperate. Once your app is approved in AppWorld we will test it to ensure it complies with the terms and conditions for the Limited Edition program. If you qualify you will receive an email indicating that you qualify specifically for Limited Edition.

I've received the confirmation email about Limited edition, and now waiting for the shipping instruction.

I've heard about the late of the instruction for some region in APAC so I will stay waiting here!

My app got approved earlier this week. I emailed Dev Relations, and the estimated time frame for processing from app approval to getting confirmation on the Limited Edition trade-in is now 10 business days.

My Apps/Games 

has been approved and up for sale on BlackberryWorld since january 26th 2013 , but never received email from BlackberryWord Team thats say 'APPROVAL' like usually 

But ,i've submitt it to Trade-Up for Limited EDITION

Maybe They very busy and I'll be more a little patient

I had the same problem that I did not receive any emails on approval of my apps. At least at first, but I received it the next day, together with the approval mail of another app. So maybe there was a problem with sending of the mails that day.
