I have an app that is flagged as "Denied" even though the Release Status is Approved - and there is no detail anywhere of why the app was denied.
I can only imagine there must be something wrong with the supplied content, though there were no errors when I submitted the app.
The problem now is that the product status is set as "Draft" with a link "Send for Review", but when I click over the link to submit for review the button is grayed out. So it appears my app is stuck. Either that or it's waiting for review but there are no open tickets. It's very unclear.
Anyone had a similar experience or can suggest where I might find the reason for denial? Or should I just submit another release?
I had same situation recently with one of my apps, they told me to change icon, and i did, and app stayed in "pending" status, but without any CR and release was approved. I talk to BB guy on JamAmsterdam about it, and he fix it immediately. Contact support, and explain them your problem.
