for example , one App supports Q10, Z10,PlayBook, 9900 with bar and cod release at same time.

 How to calculate final total earnings for 10K?

1) total earnings include Q10, Z10,PlayBook, 9900.

2) total earnings include Q10, Z10,PlayBook

3) total earnings only include Q10, Z10

Second ,"total earnings include Q10, Z10,PlayBook" is better ,as I thought.

because PlayBook will update to BB10 OS soon.

The device won't matter only the purchases made after the 4th for that approved app.

As long as the purchase is made through the phone or through the web site it will go towards the total.

What I'm wondering is how the exchange rates are calculated, my guess is that there will be a total in $ in the monthly revenue reports.  For those that already get these is that right and is there any breakdown information by Country/device is the exchange rate calculated daily or at the time the revenue is calculated?

Yes the purchase price is in the vendor produced reports and for those countries that need to pay in $ not local currency (i.e UAE) the rate seems to be calculated at the time.

At least that is my assumption as even Canadian purchases fluctuate in price?

I don't expect PlayBook to count, until it is updated to BB10.

"Soon" is probably a mischaracterization of the likelihood there, however. I expect it will be some months before there's a beta, and some months more after that before it's actually released. Until at least a public beta shows up, I doubt PlayBook sales for an app will count towards the 10K earnings. (It wouldn't make sense for them to do so... the 10K thing is about BB10.)

It should, however, include any BB10-based sales, regardless of the specific device.

IMHO I'd expect the opposite, it's the platform they are trying to push not the device (ok that too, they are linked after all ). Of course what it really depends on is whether they intend to stay in the tablet market or not.

With no definite date on when BB10 will appear for the PlayBook it's unlikely to be the differentiator on whether you make the $1k minimum to qualify or not anyway.

Yeah I would assume it's only BB10 versions of the app considering BB5-7 apps are not considered BFBB.
