I had 2 Dev alpha and I get two shipping labels. But I also filled out the limited edition form two times

The current rule is the program is running on an 1 PIN per 1 application.

If you haven't heard back on your submission yet this is likely because it is still in the queue to be validated against the terms and conditions, once this is done you will receive an email with your qualification status.

I really wish your statement is true because it is fair to developers who put effort and support RIM in order to have more than one dev alpha. And the trade up form ask for application id and name, so it should determine by 1 pin per 1 app as you mentioned. But I found it mentioned 1 device per participant in the terms & conditions (please check screenshot following), so what should be the correct answer? Thanks!

@Seasonw keep in mind RIM has been more generous then their terms have suggested in the past.

For example in the Game Port-A-Thon the terms said you could only resubmit an app once. But they were lenient with that rule and aloud you to resubmit an app as many times as time would allow before the final date they needed to be approved.

I imagine they just make the terms that way just in case they are having trouble meeting the demand. But if Mel says they are running on 1PIN per 1 application and another developer can confirm that he has 2 shipping labels it would seem that RIM is yet again being more generous then they have to be(as defined by their T&C).

I'm also having 2 shipping labels and will be picked up by UPS tomorrow, can't wait to receive my Limited Edition phoneS.
