BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha B - Developer program issue

Hello,

it turns out I have the same issue that was described previously, but none of the solutions work for me. I've tried to hardreset phone by holding power button about 20 or 30 times and the message still appears and prevents device from loading. I tried using autoloader from the blackberry site, but it doesn't see the device either. Please, let me know, how can I get the device back to life?

Best regards,

Slava

Have you tried any leaked autoloader?

Re: BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha B - Developer program issue

I've tried an official autoloader for A/B devices (10.0.10.263) and the one from opensource bb (10.0.10.261). Though none of them went through "Connecting to Bootrom".

It seems that your device has some issue if autoloader cannot even connect to it properly. Can you post a screenshot of the console when you run autoloader?

It turned out that my virtual machine didn't see the usb device. I connected it to a pc running windows and was able to flash it. Thank you for helping.
