BlackBerry 10 Limited Edition Trade-up

I manage a business with customers that utilize bb and Microsoft Outlook. My current bb bold of 3 years just had it's screen die and I'm negotiating with the telecom companies to allow more than their 2 week trial periods on various other phones until bb 10 becomes available. Otherwise the telecoms will demands high fees to upgrade with bb afterwards. Suggestions from RIM or the BB community would be appreciated.
