Hello,
I updated my phone yesterday to Software Release 10.9.9.339 and when I plug the phone in I get a dialog to install BlackBerry Link. However during the install of BlackBerry Link this error is thrown.
Update Download Failed:
The update download failed with the following error: A server with the specified hostname could not be found.
Trying to use Flash Builder 4.6 to deploy to the device but the connection cannot be made via usb I get this error:
Cannot connect: Connect to /169.254.0.1:443 timed out. Please check IP address settings for the target. You may have to reboot the target.
I have a feeling the URL for the update is bugged. Does this have something to do with using the windows installer to update my phone even though I use a PowerBook OS 10.7.5?
Any help resolving this would be awesome!

Blackberry helped solved the problem. You need to manually set your phone's USB connection to Mac instead of auto detect and it works.

Dunno. Don't think I do. I believe what happened was, there are two options to update the BB10. Download over wifi or a Windows Only installer. So Mac users usually download over Wifi. But I used my friends PC to rapidly update it last Port-o-thon and it did something buggy to the default USB settings.
Works fine now, just ported my first iPhone app over and it works flawless. Going to try to port over my streaming video project...
