My Device: Z10 Developer Special Edition

BlackBerry Z10 Developer Edition (Red) dead

Hi, today I had a restart of my z10 Developer Edition (special edition n.00728) and now the phone doesn't start, doesn't reboot and the red light is not on when charging.

It's in perfect condition, we are using it to test our app (without this phone we are not able :-( ), the only thing I've done is to restart the phone.

I tried all from removing the battery to using BlackBerry Link but the phone seems dead.

 

Who can I call? We have received the phone as part of the BlackBerry Developer program, so I don't know who to contact... please help me

Do you think the battery might be dead or was this device recently working?
