I emailed the people who were in charge of the LE BB10 devices which are brand alliance. I asked them when we were going to receive any notification of when they were going to ship. This is the reply I got back:
Hi Zeshan,
You will receive an email notification when your Z10 ships to you with the tracking information. The Z10 will not be shipping for at least about another 6 weeks.
I have never had a phone from my parents, so I would be glad you did at least receive a nice present as this. You can still think it's from your parents though :-P

Yeah I kind of agree - I am chuffed about the device, but not having a device right now to keep working on my apps (since mid-January) is disappointing. The simulator just doesn't cut it for some types of apps.
