argh so i guess i will miss the limited edition deadline now

was sitting refreshing my mailbox all night (its almost 6AM here now) and i just found out gmail put the confirmation email in the spam folder ¤%"¤%&%&%¤"#¤#"

is there any chance of still qualifying?

really bummed out here...

I'm very disappointed to hear that. I hope you uploaded it anyway - you still had 4 minutes when you wrote this message. If you didn't submit already, at least do it now. They know that you were having trouble and you were ready to submit something, so maybe they will make an exception for you. They badly want every legitimate developer to have the trade up because they want us all to write more apps. It's at least worth a try.

sadly when i wrote that post i had only just sent them the photo id and so on..

i was approved 1½ hours ago and promptly uploaded the app and tried to register for the trade up anyway

talked to a supporter from blackberry app world who claimed it would be fine

so will see how it turns out! you never know i might get lucky
