I Got a Fed-Ex call today, I Live in Dominican Republic, they are asking me to pay a lot of money for customs and taxes. Is this ok? Or should I not pay it?
I saw a Post saying that Blackberry pays for everything, and I've already received without any payments:
You must pay, and send proof of payment to BB, they will reimburse your customs costs. I was in same situation as you, but in Slovenia, sometimes they hold shipment on customs and ask for payment of customs cost, sometimes it gets for free. All what I payed, BB reimbursed me.
