I got email from BB saying I am eligible for trade up and I submitted the shipping address. I got a emails saying
'Please ensure your Alpha device is packaged in a shipping box and the shipping label secured (if applicable).
Customer service will contact you to arrange pick up for your return package.'
This email was about 20 days back and I have not heard anything yet.
When can I expect to have some details about retruning the alpha device?

There was some errors in their system during that period. They resubmit some emails, contact them and tell them your problem, you should get another email, and in it you should enter your shipping address.

Yes. There was some problem and hence I received another email and I was able to submit my shipping address. But I did not receive any further communication on this, after submitting the shipping address in the second email.

Don't know, i got that second email maybe 10 minutes after i entered my shipping address. In that second email was confirmation, and UPS label. My DevAlpha already arrived few days ago.

Contacted firstname.lastname@example.org and they confirmed that, they will contact as soon as the device shipping starts. This will avoide us the long period without any device to test.

Is there any update on this one?
I was holding off to return my Dev Alpha A until last week. Now I got:
"Please ensure your Alpha device is packaged in a shipping box and the shipping label secured (if applicable).
Customer service will contact you to arrange pick up for your return package."
Does that mean they would start contacting me to return my Dev Alpha A when Limited Edition is about to ship?
