Re: Dev A returned, how long to next step for LTE

I wish I could get a email confirming that they received it. My Dev Alpha arrived at the warehous and was signed for on January 15th, yet I still haven't heard anything about it. I'm starting to get nervous. Is there any way to contact someone about this? I'm approaching the 3 weeks RIM said it would take and I'd love to just know they have it and I've done everything required of me.

My Alpha was also sent back, delivered, and signed for on January 15th. I just today got notice of "Arrival Notification" from the "GCSS Warehouse" showing that the arrival notification status had changed. When I contacted Brand Alliance last week, I was told the warehouse hadn't started checking in the devices that had been shipped back.

I was getting ready to send another message asking when to expect that update when mine came in. I'm glad it's done. Now the hard part, waiting 6 more weeks.
