Dev Alpha C and Trade-Up Program

Hi,

 

I have a trip planned to BBJam Amsterdam, where I was hoping to recieve a dev alpha. I only just recently noticed that you can get a Dev Alpha C if you register and submit apps, and you can then trade it for a Limited Edition BB10.

 

Is the Dev Alpha C eligible for the trade-up program? Also, will my Dev Alpha C arrive in time for the trade up? 

How Do I know if I have qualified for a Dev Alpha C?
