So, I have received Dev Alpha C redemption code, but all tries to fill redemption form have ended so far with:

    "Opps..An error occured while trying to process your data."

Has anybody experienced similar problems?

And is there any solution?

I already mailed support team, but @ddluk suggested I should also ask here.

Complete your jam profile and try again, it'll work

Now I wish the error message was a bit more descriptive.
