Completed the process for redeeming Dev Alpha C 2 days back and accordingly should have received the mail form Brandalliance within 48 hours, but no such mail received yet.Anyone else with the same issue??

I have the same issue.

Also checked my spam folder, but normally mails from BlackBerry should be whitelisted automatically.

So I sent a mail (to the mail address I received first mail from), but haven't got any reply to this moment. If I hear something I will post it here.

They might be off for the weekend, it took them about 35 hour to send back for shipping info.
