Dev Alpha Device PIN Blocked

After updating the new OS 10 software, my Dev Alpha is stack on a window which reads "Device PIN Blocked" can you please tell me how to unblock the PIN or what should i do?

I'm having the exact same issue. Unable to do anything with my Dev Alpha at this point. I emailed: btsbetasupport@rim.com Just hoping to hare back from them soon with a solution.
